CoreDux USA production, engineering, and quality staff work closely with our customers to ensure all their requirements are fully met. We interface closely with our client’s engineering staff especially at the prototype stage, to ensure that design intent can be met and that economical production techniques are developed to ensure that manufacturing costs are minimized.
We use quality materials to accentuate the precision and quality expected of an industry leader. All of CoreDux USA’s supply bases are approved by CoreDux USA’s Quality Management System and all suppliers are monitored quarterly for quality and delivery performance.

CoreDux USA’s Quality department utilizes DCC Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) which are programmed to monitor product conformance throughout the manufacturing process. The Mitutoyo Stratos are equipped with thermal compensation sensors. The Brown and Sharp are supported by Statistical Analysis software which allows real time process capability analysis.
