- Appropriate safeguards will protect personal information and records. Personal information and records will be protected from unwarranted intrusion or release by insuring written and electronic information is secured. Disclosure of personal information and records will always be restricted to those with a need or right to that information.
- Outside agencies and other third parties will not be provided with personal information and records related to any employee without the express consent of the specific employee, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
- In the event a local, state, or federal government official seeks personal information or personal records related to a Company employee, the Company will comply only to the extent required by law.
- The Company disclosure of personal information or personal records to a government employee or government entity does not, in any way, mean CoreDux will disclose the same personal information or personal records to a non-government third-party.
